WHAT THIS COURSE COVERS
ALIGNING PROJECTS WITH DONOR INTERESTS: Learn to design projects that meet donor expectations and priorities effectively. Understand why some proposals succeed while others are rejected.
THE LOGICAL FRAMEWORK APPROACH (LFA): Implement LFA methodology consistently to design projects that align with donor objectives and stakeholder interests.
MASTER PERSUASIVE PROPOSAL WRITING: Develop the skills to plan, draft, and edit proposals that captivate donor interest. Learn to communicate project plans and proposals clearly and engagingly.
CONSISTENT PROPOSAL EXCELLENCE: Develop a systematic approach to proposal development for consistently clear, organized, and persuasive proposals, strengthening donor relations and support.
All topics are supported by frequent, clear, practical examples and case studies from relief, humanitarian and development work.
