Live facilitated sessions combined with self-study materials and assignments. Participants work through structured content between sessions, bring real challenges to group discussions, and apply skills directly to their current work. Scheduling adapts to your team — more intensive or more spaced out depending on your availability.

The goal is simple: your team leaves with work that's already usable — and the ability to keep doing it.

We work with a limited number of organisations at a time. Larger teams can be divided into smaller cohorts for better interaction and more personalised attention. In-person delivery is possible for some engagements — we have travelled to deliver training across Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America.
