Your Team Is Doing Good Work. So Why Is It So Hard to Show Results?
MEAL systems that don't guide decisions.
Theory of Change that lives in documents but doesn't shape implementation.
Work that's genuinely strong — but hard to capture, measure, or communicate clearly.
This isn't just a knowledge problem. It's how your team is actually working — and until that changes, you keep losing time, credibility, and funding.
Whether you have 2 staff or 50, we work with you to build practical capability where it matters most: designing effective projects, measuring what counts, and communicating results in ways that influence real decisions.
You work directly with Neil Kendrick — 25+ years of experience across more than 100 countries. Every engagement is built around your context and your real work.
Custom Team Training
Live facilitated online sessions + offline study / application
Live facilitated sessions combined with self-study materials and assignments. Participants work through structured content between sessions, bring real challenges to group discussions, and apply skills directly to their current work. Scheduling adapts to your team — more intensive or more spaced out depending on your availability.
The goal is simple: your team leaves with work that's already usable — and the ability to keep doing it.
We work with a limited number of organisations at a time. Larger teams can be divided into smaller cohorts for better interaction and more personalised attention. In-person delivery is possible for some engagements — we have travelled to deliver training across Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America.
Topics: MEAL · Theory of Change · Project Management · Results-Based Management · Proposal Writing · Reporting Skills · and other areas on request.

What Changes
