This is deliberately focused on understanding the concepts in practice rather than comprehensive MEAL training. The aim is that you leave with something you can implement the next day, even without prior M&E experience. We will use a story-based approach - following a real program officer's journey as she builds her MEAL plan from scratch - learning the concepts, making practical decisions, and seeing how MEAL works in action over 12 months.
